WHAT'S BEEN HAPPENING
We had a wonderful Open House for the
community on December 17th and hope you all enjoyed it. Bill
Gearhiser was the hit of the party with his flashing Christmas necklace.
We got to meet our recent new residents Sally and Daniel Feldman as well
as some 35 of our neighbors. Thank you for coming.

COMING EVENT
Please join us for our Bagels &
Balderdash Get-Together Sunday,
January 10th 1 PM to 4 PM. This is another opportunity to meet your
neighbors and say hello. We will be having Bagels and coffee and
all sorts of fun discussions. Please RSVP by January
7th, 2009.
NOMINATING AND ELECTION COMMITTEE
The purpose of our committee is to develop a
slate of candidates for the community to vote on. Additionally
we will determine the procedures for the election (hopefully
without the problems Florida has) and inform the residents.
